We install, service and repair split systems, VRF, chillers, heat pumps and refrigeration plant. As a Refcom certified F-Gas company, we handle refrigerants legally, keep leak-check records and help you plan for refrigerant phase-down. Planned maintenance keeps systems efficient and reduces breakdowns in the busiest months.
Air conditioning installed, serviced and repaired by F-Gas certified engineers
Cooling that fails in July is as disruptive as heating that fails in January. We install, service and repair split and multi-split systems, VRF and VRV, ceiling cassettes, ducted units, chillers, air-to-water heat pumps and commercial refrigeration, keeping comfort cooling and server rooms running through the warmest months.
TECS is a Refcom certified F-Gas company, so refrigerant is handled, recorded and recovered legally. We work on Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Toshiba, Fujitsu, LG, Panasonic, Samsung and Hitachi equipment, and we can advise on replacing older R410A and R22 plant with R32 systems ahead of the F-Gas phase-down.

Most air conditioning failures start as blocked filters, dirty coils or slow refrigerant leaks. A planned service visit before the cooling season catches them early, keeps energy use down and extends the life of the units. Every visit is recorded in Simpro with the refrigerant log your F-Gas obligations require.
For new installations and replacements we survey the building, size the system, manage the electrical supply and commission the equipment, with manufacturer warranties registered in your name. We cover offices, schools, courts, retail and server rooms across London, the South East, East Anglia and the Midlands.
