TECS provides mechanical, electrical and hard FM services across Bedfordshire, including Bedford, Luton, Dunstable, Leighton Buzzard, Biggleswade, Sandy, Shefford, Flitwick, Ampthill, Kempston and Houghton Regis. Our engineers are NICEIC, Gas Safe and Refcom registered and cover heating, air conditioning, ventilation, public health, electrical, fire alarm and security systems, with specialist contractors managed by TECS for everything else except building fabric.
Working from our Letchworth Garden City head office, our engineers attend Bedfordshire for reactive repairs, planned maintenance programmes and compliance testing, including EICRs, emergency lighting, gas safety, F-Gas, legionella and PAT. Larger projects are planned with a dedicated project manager.
